Concert Tickets Purchasing

We meticulously record purchaser information.

All tickets are strictly prohibited from being resold at inflated prices. If any member is found engaging in ticket scalping or transferring tickets through any fraudulent means, Jay-MS will immediately notify the event organizer, revoke the ticket's eligibility for entry without a refund, and reserve the right to report the incident to the police.

If you discover Jay-MS members reselling tickets, please report it to our WhatsApp. Everyone is responsible for reporting unethical ticket scalpers who resell at high prices!

No, there will be corresponding penalties if caught.

Each member can purchase tickets once per concert, and can only purchase a maximum of two tickets at a time.

To ensure you receive a ticket, your pre-order will automatically be downgraded to the next available category if your selection is unavailable. For example, if CAT 1 (RM1199) is sold out, you will be moved to CAT 2 (RM1099), and you will be notified shortly regarding the refund of the price difference.

Seats will be assigned randomly.

No. If discovered, Jay-MS will permanently revoke the membership and notify the organizer to take appropriate measures.

For PDF E-tickets: Delivery to your registered email 7–14 days before the event.
For Physical Tickets: Collection venue to be notified separately 20 days before the event.

Tickets sold are non-cancelable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Should a refund be necessary due to special circumstances, we will deduct an administrative fee of RM100/SGD40 per ticket from the refunded amount.

Once the order is submitted, tickets cannot be changed or refunded.
