How do I become a JayMS member?
Can people regardless of nationality join JayMS as members?
Yes!
I've applied for membership. How long until I get my membership number?
The administrator will review your information within 1-3 days. If approved, your membership information will be displayed in your account.
If your application is not approved, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. You will also receive an email notification explaining why you are ineligible.
How do I check the deadline/membership number?
Below your account, "Member ID" and "Expire date" are displayed
Can I renew my membership after it expires? / How do I renew my membership?
JayMS has stopped the member renewal system, but eligible members will receive 1 year of free membership! Spending is not mandatory. If your membership has expired, you need to re-submit a membership application and pass the review process.
The online store account does not show the membership number or the expiration date.
If your account does not have a membership number and expiration date, you are not a JayMS member.
If:
- You have applied for membership
The administrator will review your information within 1-3 days. If approved, your membership information will be displayed in your account. - Your membership application has exceeded 3 days or your account no longer shows information before the membership expires

Can I reuse my old membership number if I rejoin after my membership expires?
Yes, remember to check the relevant options when filling out the application form.
My friend and I want to join as members. Can we use the same online store account to purchase two memberships?
No, for more effective member data management, each email address can only register one membership. If you wish to apply for two memberships, you will need to register two separate online store accounts using two different email addresses and submit a membership application through each account.
