How do I know if the order is paid?

!! Make sure you are logged in to your account and click the Order history button within your account !!

After the order is completed, the payment status in the online store will show Paid

How do I know if my order has shipped / When will my order arrive?

!! Make sure you are logged in to your account and have clicked the Order history button within your account !!

Shipping status display:

  1. Not shipped: Indicates the item has not yet been dispatched.
  2. Shipped: Indicates the item has been dispatched.

Click the black button with the order number (e.g., JMSXXXXX) to see the shipping date and tracking number.

You will also receive an email notification after the item has been shipped, which will include the tracking number.

How do I change my mailing address?

!! Make sure you are logged in !!

In your account, click on Account Details, then click Edit

Can I change the items, sizes, or quantities in my order after payment is successful?

Items cannot be changed or added after payment. Please confirm the items and quantities are correct before making payment.

Can one email address be used to register multiple online store accounts?

To manage our database more effectively, one email address can only be used to register one online store account.

I ordered the wrong size; can I exchange the clothes?

To avoid mistakes, please contact us after you receive the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and for the shipping costs to send you the correct size again.

What happens if a package is returned because no one signed for it?

Please contact us. We will require additional postage from you, and the package will be resent.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

To reset your password, click on Forgot your password? on the online store's login page. Simply enter your email address and click Submit, and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Yes, we ship internationally

Are there other payment methods available for international customers besides credit cards?

No.

I can't use the discount code.

First, check if you are a member; if not, you cannot use the discount code. If you are a member and your membership has not expired but you still cannot use the discount code, please contact us!
