The event you are joining is strictly an exclusive event organized by JayMS. Only JayMS members are allowed to join, relatives/friends who are not members are strictly not allowed to participate. *JayMS Management has the final say on member/s' eligibility to participate in activities. |

| * All participants are not allowed to reveal any information or flight details. If we notice any members doing this, the member will not be eligible to participate this event anymore and also banned from joining any JayMS exclusive activities (blacklisted). * All information and flight details will be revealed to members at a suitable/later timing and date. * Please check your email/Facebook/Handphone messages regularly a few days before the actual event date. |

| B： | Participation Rules |
| 1. Only members who have registered will be allowed to participate 2. Must wear JayMS Member T-shirt 3. Must bring JayMS Member Card Note: If members do not wear JayMS Member Tshirt and did not bring their JayMS Member Card, admins have the right to disqualify member from participating event 4. All participants are not allowed to reveal any information or flight details. If we notice any member doing this, the member will not be eligible to participate this event immediately and also banned from joining any JayMS exclusive activities (blacklisted). 5. All materials (LED board, signboards/banners or others) distributed by JayMS belongs to JayMS, please return it to JayMS after the event. 6. Please do not leave JayMS on your own during the event. If anything happens to you or you miss out any JayMS privileges, JayMS will not take any responsibility on this. You will receive a warning from JayMS. 7. Participants must always follow admins' instructions. Please do not criticize or be unreasonable with the admins. Any members who do not respect admins will be warned and be considered to be inserted in the blacklist. 8. Please be punctual, we will not wait for late comers. 9. JayMS Management has the final say on members' eligibility to participate in activities. No protest will be entertained. |

| C： | Rules Pertaining to Event Venue and Jay |
| Members are to behave as the event will be in public areas. Please do not tarnish Jay and JayMS's reputation in any way and be sure to also follow the rules stated for the area. Airport Transfer Rules: In order to prevent the news of Jay arriving / flight details leaking, JayMS would retain the information nearer to the date before jay arrives. When JayMS has announced the news, please refrain from letting third party getting hold of the news. If by any event JayMS came to be informed that the news is being leaked out by any of the member he/she would get a warning/blacklisted by the admin, In future blacklisted members will be banned from taking part in any JayMS Exclusive events. 1. Members are to protect Jay when sending Jay to his car/boarding. 2. When members see Jay, please control your emotions and do not run or scream to prevent any inconveniences to the people at the airport as this will damage Jay's and JayMS's image as it causes havoc at the airport. 3. When members see Jay go into his car, please make sure that you take note of your own safety. Please do not knock on the windows as this will affect Jay's emotions negatively. 4. You are allowed to try and ask for Jay's signature. If he allows, please give your items in an orderly manner to Jay. You are also allowed to try and give your present to Jay but please remember not to be too close to Jay to prevent alarming/hurting him. 5. Please do not try to touch/pull/push Jay. 6. Members can try to talk or chat with him, please let Jay feels that JayMS members are passionate and warm hearted. 7. Please do not block Jay's route when he is walking. 8. Please always take care of your own belongings as well as your safety. 9. Please do not gather as a big crowd at public areas as this action may be regarded as illegal gatherings. |

| Purpose of Registration: 1. To know number of participants 2. To check attendance before event starts Please take note that: ～Every activity is at different locations so there are different rules to be adhered and fees are to paid when necessary. ～Please bring JayMS member card to attend event. ～Please wear your JayMS member Tshirt. ～Please always follow JayMS admin's orders and show respect to them. ～If you are not able to adhere to the time and location set by JayMS, we will take it that you have abandoned your rights to join the event. ～JayMS will not provide any transport, please prepare your own transport. ～Please inform JayMS if you are not able to attend the activity last minute! Thank you for your cooperation. |
