Jay-MS 演唱会门票预购须知与条款 Terms & Conditions for Jay-MS Concert Ticket Pre-order

Please read carefully before ordering. By submitting your order, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions listed below.

1. 购票资格与限制 / Eligibility & Limitations

  • 专属预购： 仅限 Jay-MS 有效会员参与。演出当天会员身份必须依然有效。
  • Exclusive to Members: Only valid Jay-MS members may participate. Membership must be active on the concert date.
  • 数量限制： 每场限购 1-2 张门票。若购买 2 张，其中一张必须由会员本人使用。
  • Quantity: 1 to 2 tickets per show. If buying two, one must be used by the member themselves.
  • 权限使用： 每个会员 ID 在同一场次仅有一次购买权限，不可重复提交。
  • Single Use: Each Member ID is entitled to only one purchase per show.

2. 订单与支付 / Order & Payment

  • 不可更改： 订单一旦提交，不得取消、修改或换票。请务必确认好门票种类。
  • No Changes: Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged.
  • 资料真实： 会员须提供真实完整的个人资料。
  • Accuracy: Members must provide truthful and complete personal information.

3. 年龄与座位 / Age & Seating

  • 入场限制： 6 岁以下及婴儿禁止入场；6 岁及以上须凭票入场。
  • Age Limit: No entry for infants and children under 6. Children aged 6 and above require a ticket.
  • 座位安排： 系统随机分配，不可自行选位。
  • Seating: Randomly assigned; no seat selection allowed.

4. 票务领取说明 / Ticket Collection Details

 

视主办单位提供的是 PDF 电子门票或实体门票：
 Depending on whether the organizer provides PDF e-tickets or physical tickets:

  • PDF 电子门票 (PDF E-ticket): 演出前 7 天将发送至会员的 Email 信箱。
    E-tickets will be sent to the member's registered email address 7 days before the performance.
  • 实体门票 (Physical Ticket): 会员需自行现场领取（不设邮寄服务）。
    Physical tickets must be collected in person (No postage/mailing service provided).

领取时间与地点 / Collection Time & Location:

  1. 演出前 7-14 天的周末：
    Jay-MS 新山办事处（具体详情另行通知）。
    Weekends (7-14 days before the show):
    Jay-MS JB Office (Specific details will be announced separately).

  2. 演出前 48 小时至开演前 2 小时：
    演出场地附近（具体地点另行通知）。
    48 hours to 2 hours before the show starts:
    Near the concert venue (Specific location will be announced separately).

重要提醒 / Important Note:

  • 无邮寄服务：需会员本人自行到现场领取。
  • No Mailing Service: Members are required to collect their tickets in person at the designated locations.

5. 代领规定 / Collection by Proxy

  • 授权要求： 若本人无法领取，代领人须携带**《门票代领授权书》及委托人的身份证副本**。
  • Authorization: Proxies must present an Authorization Letter and a copy of the member's ID.
  • 违规处罚： 若发现加价转售，购票人将丧失会员资格并被取消入门票。
  • Penalty: Scalping will lead to membership termination and ticket voidance.

6. 退票与退款政策 / Cancellation & Refund

  • 行政费： 仅限特殊情况退票，将收取 RM100/张 的手续费。
  • Admin Fee: Refunds for special cases incur a RM100 fee per ticket.
  • 后果： 退票后将失去该场次的再次购买资格。
  • Restriction: Members who refund will forfeit the right to purchase tickets for that specific show again.
  • 退款时效： 2-3 个工作日内退回会员本人银行账户。
  • Refund Timeline: Processed within 2-3 working days to the member's bank account.

7. 责任免责 / Disclaimers

  • 交通自理： Jay-MS 不负责任何往返场地的交通安排。
  • Transportation: Members are responsible for their own travel to and from the venue.
  • 活动取消： 若主办方取消演唱会，退款将依据主办方的官方政策执行。
  • Event Cancellation: Subject to the official organizer’s refund policy.

⚠️ 重要提醒 / IMPORTANT NOTICE⚠️

  • 全场座位： 本场无摇滚区（站位），全部为固定座席。
  • All Seating: No standing/mosh pit. Fully seated venue.

  • 价格透明： 票价 = 原价 + 官方预购费。
  • Jay-MS 未赚取任何额外利润。
  • Pricing: Price = Face Value + Official Fees.
  • Jay-MS earns zero profit from this.

  • 票面显示： 门票面值将显示 RM0.00，以杜绝黄牛转售。
  • Anti-Scalping: Ticket face value will show RM0.00 to prevent unauthorized reselling.

  • 严禁转售： 严禁以任何方式加价转卖。一经发现，Jay-MS 将立即通报主办单位取消门票（不予退款），并保留报警处理的权利。
  • Prohibition: High-price resale is strictly forbidden. Violators will have their tickets voided without refund and may be reported to the Police.

Jay-MS 对未遵守条款导致的任何损失概不负责。 Jay-MS is not liable for any losses or disputes resulting from non-compliance with these terms.
