🔄 Jay-MS 会员续会政策 | Membership Renewal Policy

自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起，Jay-MS 会员续会制度全面升级。
会员资格续展将统一通过审核制进行，不再接受付费直接续会。
Effective January 1, 2026, Jay-MS membership renewal will be subject to a mandatory review process. Direct renewal via payment will no longer be available.

📋 免费续会申请资格 | Eligibility for Complimentary Renewal

符合以下 3 个条件 的会员将有机会获得为期一年的免费续会：
Members meeting the following three criteria may be eligible for a complimentary 1-year membership extension:

1. 拥有有效的Jay-MS会员。
   Possess a valid Jay-MS membership.
   
   
2. 无违反《会员条规》。
   No violations of the Membership Terms and Conditions.
   
   
3. 会员到期前7至365天内在Jay-MS网站或者Jay-MS民宿拥有消费超过RM288（不包括邮费）的记录。
   Have a record of spending over RM288 (excluding postage) on the Jay-MS website or at Jay-MS Homestay within 7 to 365 days before the membership expires.

• 达到以上3个条件后管理员才会审核你是否符合续会员条件。 
  Only after meeting the above three conditions will the administrator review whether you qualify for membership renewal.
  
  
• 管理员审核通过后就可以自动得到续会员资格。
  Once approved by the administrator, the membership renewal status will be granted automatically.
  
  
• 得到续会员更新者将会在会员到期收到管理层Email通知，没有通过审核者将不会收到任何通知。
  Those who receive a membership renewal will be notified via email by the management upon membership expiry; those who do not pass the review will not receive any notification.
  
  
• 得到Jay-MS续会员者将不需要付任何费用。
  Those who receive a Jay-MS membership renewal will not need to pay any fees.

**不能达到以上3个条件者可以尝试重新申请会员（需重新审核）。
**Those who cannot meet the above three conditions may attempt to re-apply for membership (subject to re-review).

Jay-MS保留在无需预先通知的情况下随时增添或修改此会员条款的权利。
Jay-MS reserves the right to add or modify these membership terms at any time without prior notice.
