**注意“ 一旦付款成为会员，无论有没有使用了会员特权,无法要求退款会费。
- 以訂購 每場2張連坐 任何票價的演唱會門票，但不能使用重複會員ID來購買超過每場2張
*** 可以2張都是會員 或 1張會員+1張非會員
- 一個會員號碼，最多購買1場2張票連坐,1個訂單號碼，1次匯款，提交1份表格。
***購買前請重複確認你的訂單後再提交，重複訂單將不保證有票
***会员应当仔细选择所需的门票种类和价格，一旦提交订单，将无法更改票数或价格。若会员取消订单，我们将立即作废该订单。

b) 如想要求與其他朋友同坐一排，請在表格里的【座位安排】欄目中填寫對方的訂單號碼[ORDER NUMBER]
c) 要同坐一排的會員都必須在表格的【座位安排】行列裡填寫要一起坐的訂單號碼【對方】，我们将竭尽所能满足要求坐在一起的会员，但并不能保证都能安排到。如果您朋友比较迟完成订单而填上您的订单号码要求座位要安排跟您一起的话，那么您的座位也会受到影响，就算您第一时间完成订购，您的座位也会因此而被推后。
- 演唱會期間我们不安排交通 ，请会員自行安排 ，所有相關问题我们一概不受理。

所有門票一律等我們拿到主辦商發放票之後，我們處理好了再用郵寄方式寄給大家.郵寄的時候會再會員區通知大家,敬請留意會員區的帖,郵寄票的時間大概會再演唱會的1個月前.
- 请不要在网上发布您的电子门票或与他人共享，以防止伪造。如果由此造成无法进入演唱会的问题，会员必须自行承担后果。

一旦会员成功预购门票，将无法取消,轉讓或退票。
**如果不幸真的有事情不能出席演唱会需要退票或者轉讓,代表你放弃本场演唱会门票之权益,將會禁買本場演唱會還有下個的演唱會機會。
**退回来的演唱会门票之退款一律演唱会后的1-2个星期后才统一发放退款。 -

预购的票价都是显示RM0.00，这是为了提防转卖黄牛。我們從摩天轮開始，所预购的票上面都是顯示RM0.00。票绝对是从ticketing公司打印出來，管理员负责预订票，还钱，领票，再发給大家。

** 沒有搖滾區，全部是對號座位席
** 主辦單位沒有給折扣，所有票價根據原價訂購
** 所有門票不得以高出原價出售轉讓，如有發現賣黃牛或意圖欺騙轉讓票我們將通知主辦單位在不給予任何退款下取消該門票入場資格並報警處理!
第1步驟：付郵費
- 到 JayMS Store 網內的 【郵費 / Postage】 付郵費并獲得訂單號碼
- 一個訂單號碼只限用1次在1張表格
- 請附上完整的郵寄地址
- 您的訂購狀態可以在 Jay-MS Store 查詢
- 寄出后我們網站將會以電郵（email）通知您包裹的追蹤編號
- **注意：現在起便可預先付還郵費
- 一律不退款,不管有没有买票或其它理由
第2步驟：付演唱會門票總費用
- 當JayMS公佈開放給會員購票后，會員必須將票價的總數一次性支付給單一銀行戶口，分開付款的不保證有門票

**Purchase Terms and Conditions⚠️**
1.This pre-order is only open to JayMS members. If you are not yet a member, please join to participate.
to join as a member**Note: Once payment is made to become a member, regardless of whether the membership privileges are used or not, there is no refund of the membership fee.
2.You can order 2 adjacent seats for any ticket price at each concert, but you cannot use a duplicate member ID to purchase more than 2 tickets per concert.
*** Both tickets can be for members or 1 ticket for a member + 1 ticket for a non-member.
***Please double-check your order before submitting, as duplicate orders will not guarantee that you will get tickets.
***Members should carefully select the required ticket type and price, as once the order is submitted, the number of tickets or price cannot be changed. If a member cancels the order, we will void that order.
4.The organisers will assigned the seats for JayMS members. Members are not allowed to choose their seat numbers.
a) Seats will be assigned based on the time the form is submitted, based on a "first come, first served" basis.
c) We will do our best to meet the requests of members who wish to sit together, but cannot guarantee all requests will be met. If your friend completes their order late and requests to sit with you by filling in your order number, your seat will also be affected, even if you completed your purchase first, your seat could be pushed back as a result.
6.All tickets will be mailed after we receive them from the organizer.
When we mailed the tickets, we will notify members in the member area. Please pay attention to the posts in the member area. Tickets will be mailed approximately one month before the concert.
**If unfortunately, you are unable to attend the concert and need to refund or transfer your ticket, it means you forfeit your chance to purchase for this and the subsequent concert's tickets.
**Refunds for returned concert tickets will be issued 1-2 weeks after the concert.

10.Infants and children under 6 years old are not allowed to enter, children 6 years old and above must have a ticket in order to enter the venue.
11.Please read and understand all the above order processes and all the terms and conditions. Please do so before ordering from JayMS as JayMS will not be responsible for any misunderstandings arising from the ordering process. We hope you understand and comply with the above terms and conditions.

** The organizer does not offer discount, all tickets are ordered at the original price.
** All tickets must not be sold or transferred at a price higher than the original. If scalping or fraudulent transfers are discovered, we will inform the organizer to cancel the ticket's entry without any refund and report to the police!
Step 1: Make payment for your postage.
Paying for postage serves two purposes: one, it’s the courier fee for your tickets; two, it’ll give you an order number to reference in Steps 2 and 3, so please make sure you complete this step before proceeding any further. Members only need to pay for postage once, no matter how many tickets you’re purchasing (i.e., even if you’re watching him on both nights).
When making payment, please make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly, because this is where your tickets will be sent to. Subsequently, you can track your order status on the JayMS Store. You’ll also receive an email with a tracking number once your tickets are shipped (yay!)

Step 2: Make full payment for your concert tickets
To proceed with your order, you must make payment for your desired concert tickets in full. You’ll need to enter your order number in the reference/comments section, so please make sure you’ve completed Step 1 before transferring the money to us.

All orders will only be processed after payment has been made in full. For example, if you’re purchasing two Cat 1 tickets, please pay S$392 x 2 = S$784. If you’re Singaporean, please make a local transfer in SGD, in Singapore.

Step 3: Finalize your order on Google Forms
After completing Steps 1 and 2, tell us what you paid for! Every member may only make one submission on the form, so please make sure you enter all the details accurately. Again, you’ll need your order number from Step 1, so please keep the number on hand.
If you’d like to sit with a friend, please ask them for their order number too.
