💳 加入会员须知与条款 | Membership Terms & Conditions

• 会费标准 | Membership Fee 1年：RM138 (1-Year Membership)
  
  
• 审核程序 | Application Review 所有申请者都需要通过管理员审核，确认无违反会员条规或黄牛倒卖行为。 All applicants are subject to administrator review to ensure no history of violating membership terms or engaging in ticket scalping/reselling activities.
  
  
• 退款政策 | Refund Policy

1. 如审核不通过，24小时内将收到取消订单通知并获得全额退款。 If the application is not approved, you will receive a cancellation notice and a full refund within 24 hours.
   
   
2. 一旦会员支付费用并审核通过，无论是否行使会员特权，均不得要求退费。
   the payment is made and the application is approved, no refunds shall be granted, regardless of whether membership privileges have been utilized.

• 有效期计算 | Validity Period 会员有效期为一年制。若2026年2月审核通过，则资格于2027年2月到期。 Membership is on an annual basis. For example, if approved in February 2026, it will expire in February 2027.
  
  
• 独家权益 | Exclusive Rights 所有会员优惠仅限JayMS会员享有，严禁转让给非会员。 All membership offers are exclusive to JayMS members and are non-transferable.
  
  
• 续费说明 | Renewal Policy 会员续费不可通过付费办理。在到期前通过审核的会员，可获得1年免费续会。 Membership renewal cannot be processed via payment. Members who pass the verification process before expiry will receive a 1-year complimentary renewal.
  
  
• 会员服 | Membership Attire 如需会员服，可前往JayMS网站付费购买。 Member T-shirts can be purchased separately via the JayMS website.

📅 参与活动与聚会 | Events & Gatherings

1. 额外费用 | Additional Costs 每项活动视场合、条件与因素而定，须另行缴付出席费用。 Each event’s charges vary; members must cover their own expenses if they choose to attend.
   
   
2. 身份核实 | Identity Verification 必须登录Jay-MS网站本人账户以证明会员身份。 You must log in to your personal Jay-MS account to verify your membership status.
   
   
3. 着装规范 | Dress Code 指定场合必须穿上JayMS会服。 The JayMS member T-shirt must be worn at designated events.
   
   
4. 纪律与行为 | Decorum & Behavior 会员须遵守各项规章制度及主办方流程，听从管理员指示，不得对工作人员无礼。 Members must adhere to all rules, follow instructions from administrators/organizers, and refrain from disrespectful behavior towards staff.
   
   
5. 放弃权利 | Forfeiture of Rights 若无法配合Jay-MS设定的活动时间与地点，则视为放弃参加该活动的权益。 Inability to attend at the scheduled time/location constitutes a forfeiture of event benefits.

🛡️ 知识产权与资产 | Intellectual Property & Assets

• 版权所有 | Copyright Jay-MS提供的影音、图片、文字等资料均属组织财产，未经授权严禁复制、重制或散发。 All materials (images, audio, video, text) provided by JayMS are its property and may not be copied or distributed without authorization.
  
  
• 水印保护 | Watermarking 活动中所拍照片/影片需加上拍摄者与Jay-MS标志的水印。 Photos or videos taken at events must include watermarks of the photographer and the JayMS logo.
  
  
• 财产归还 | Return of Assets 活动中分发的灯牌、布条等应援物品属Jay-MS财产，活动结束后必须归还。 Support materials (placards, banners, etc.) are JayMS property and must be returned after the event.

🚫 Jay-MS 禁止事件 | Prohibited Actions

1. 名誉损害 | Defamation 严禁使用不雅言语或任何行为重伤周杰伦或其他会员，不得辱骂管理员。 Do not engage in behavior or use language that harms Jay Chou, members, or administrators.
   
   
2. 违规买卖 | Illegal Trading 严禁转售会服或会员卡。未经同意不得以Jay-MS名义进行买卖、营销或欺诈。 Do not resell membership attire/cards. Unauthorized marketing or fraud in the name of Jay-MS is strictly prohibited.
   
   
3. 侵权行为 | Design Infringement 严禁复制Jay-MS的所有设计财产（包括Logo、会服、会员卡及应援物设计概念）。 Do not replicate any design assets owned by JayMS (logos, attire, or support material concepts).
   
   
4. 虚假信息 | False Information 请勿发表未经官方证实的报道、传闻或活动预购消息。 Do not disseminate unconfirmed reports, rumors, or unofficial product announcements.

🚫 严禁转售与黄牛行为 | Anti-Scalping & Resale Policy

Jay-MS 坚决打击任何形式的门票转售行为：

• 严禁加价转售： 所有通过 Jay-MS 获得的演唱会会员票仅限会员本人使用。严禁以高于原价（或变相加价）的方式转售给任何人。
  Strictly No Resale: All membership concert tickets obtained through Jay-MS are for personal use only. Reselling at a higher price (or any form of profiting) is strictly prohibited.
  
  
• 严禁转让资格： 演唱会会员票属于实名/会员专属权益，不得私自转让给非会员。 Non-Transferable: Membership tickets are exclusive privileges and cannot be transferred to non-members.
  
  
• 违规处罚： 一经发现任何转售、炒票或黄牛行为，Jay-MS 将采取以下行动：

1. 即刻取消该会员的购票资格。
2. 永久撤除其 Jay-MS 会员身份。
3. 列入黑名单，未来不得参加任何相关活动。

• Penalties: Any detected resale or scalping activities will lead to immediate ticket cancellation, permanent membership revocation, and blacklisting from all future events.

⚠️ 违规处理说明 | Notice of Violation

违反以上任何条规，Jay-MS有权发出警告，严重者将被撤除会员身份。Jay-MS保留随时修改条款的权利。 Violation of any rules may result in a warning or termination of membership. Jay-MS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
