1: How to I purchase concert ticket??
JayMS will help you pre-order the tickets for Malaysia and Singapore at original price. Details will be released during preorder period. When making online money transfer, please put in the 【REFERENCE 】section your order number (JMSxxxx) to allow us to confirm the transfer. Seats are assigned on a first come first serve basis. If you did not fill in order number, we may not be able to fulfil your order. There might also be changes to the preorder process, please read the rules and regulations before you start the preorder so as not to affect the seats you are allocated to.

2: How many tickets can each member buy?
Each member can purchase a maximum of 2 tickets regardless of which category/ies the member wants to purchase.

3: Can we request to sit together for different members ' purchases?
Yes, when member is purchasing postage, please remember to put your friend's order (JMSxxxx) in 【INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER】
P.S. If your friend finished their transaction later than you, this may affect your seats as we will arrange the seats in the order of payment. So your seats might get pushed backward even if you have made payment earlier.

4: Can we choose seats?
Seats purchased by JayMS is allocated at the discretion of the organisers, members will be unable to choose their specific seats.

5: Will members always be able to buy the tickets?
JayMS is a fan club based in Malaysia and Singapore. For concerts held in Malaysia and Singapore, subjected to the limits for each country, members will definitely be able to preorder as long as they finished the prescribed steps and processes within the time limit. For concerts held outside these two countries, if JayMS is able to get extra tickets, it will be announced in the JayMS members FB page to allow members to purchase those tickets in a fair manner.

6: Why are there no ticket price indicated on the tickets purchased by JayMS?
Preordered tickets will show RM0.00 to prevent resales of tickets to touts. This system starts from the 摩天轮1 and is printed by the ticketing company. The admins will do the preorder, payment, collection before finally distributing to everyone.

7: If I purchase the tickets from JayMS and yet is suddenly unable to attend the concert, what can I do?
You may ask the admin for help to resell your tickets. You are not allowed to transfer your tickets to others privately. This is to prevent the touts from taking advantage. If we find out that you have re-sold the tickets at a higher price (regardless whether it was sold by you or another friend whom you sold the ticket to), all the tickets bought by you will be voided and no refund will be made. A police report will also be made.

8: Why can't we re-sell the tickets at original price privately?
This is to prevent your ticket/s to be used as a scam. Also, if the person you sold to resell the ticket/s at a higher price and it was reported to us, we will void all your tickets and no refund will be made.

9: How do you deliver the tickets to members?
All tickets are delivered by mail. There is no face to face meet up or collection point set up for collection.

10: What if members lose their tickets?
Please inform the admin as soon as possible and also make a police report for our record purpose. We will then ask the organisers to void the missing tickets and reissued new ticket (same seat) to you. However, you have to pay an admin fee for reprinting and we will mail you the new ticket. There will be a mark on the reprinted ticket to prove its genuine status.
If someone who pick up the lost tickets and try to use them, please do not get into an argument with them. Contact the security at the place immediately and the tickets will be verified. The person who tried to use the lost tickets may be questioned by the security or police as the lost tickets will be classified as stolen once a police report is made.
