Jay-MS 会员购票指南 Ticketing Guide
首先申明Jay-MS为义务帮忙购买门票，尽全力协助粉丝争取购买门票。 Jay-MS provides voluntary assistance in purchasing tickets and will do our utmost to help fans secure them.
Jay-MS并未在门票收益上赚取任何费用，门票所有收益将100%交给主办单位。 First and foremost, we declare that Jay-MS does not earn any profit from ticket sales; 100% of the proceeds are handed over directly to the organizer.
Jay-MS 将会提供所有演唱会门票会员预购的总数量给主办方，主办方保留对最终预购数量的决定权。 Jay-MS will submit the total member pre-order quantity to the organizer; the organizer reserves the final right of approval regarding the actual ticket allocation.
演唱会基本信息 | General Information
演唱会均无摇滚区，全为对号入座之座位席。 There are no standing/rock zones for this concert; all areas are strictly numbered seating.
婴儿及6岁以下儿童禁止入场，6岁及以上须购买全款票方可入场。 Infants and children under the age of 6 are prohibited from entry. Children aged 6 and above must purchase a full-priced ticket to enter.
票价均为原价+主办方收取之预购费购买，主办单位也未提供任何折扣。 Ticket prices are based on the original face value plus the pre-order fee collected by the organizer. No discounts are provided by the organizer.
《购票须知与条规》| Ticketing Terms & Conditions
表格提交速度不会决定座位分配，预购前仔细阅读下页条款，并确保完全理解与同意所有内容。 The speed of form submission does not determine seat allocation. Please read the terms carefully and ensure you fully understand and agree to all content before pre-ordering.
一旦提交订单，即表示您已同意并遵守以下所有条款。 By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have agreed to and will abide by all the terms and conditions listed below.
1. 购票资格 | Eligibility
限Jay-MS会员参与，非会员不得参与。 Participation is strictly limited to Jay-MS members. Non-members are not eligible.
会员本身不到演唱会现场情况下不可帮任何人购买门票。 Members are prohibited from purchasing tickets for others if they do not intend to attend the concert themselves.
2. 数量限制 | Purchase Limits
每个会员可在同一场次使用一次购买权限购买1-2张门票。 Each member is entitled to purchase 1–2 tickets per show. This privilege can only be used once per show.
3. 座位安排 | Seating Arrangements
座位随机安排，不可选位。 Seats are assigned randomly; specific seat selection is not available.
同一张订单购买2张相同价位门票将得到连坐门票。 Buying 2 tickets of the same price in the same order will result in a seat for both.
不同订单无法安排连坐门票。 Different orders cannot be arranged to sit together.

打击黄牛措施 | Anti-Scalping Measures
所有预购门票我们将会详细记录购买人信息并在票面将显示RM0.00，以防止高价/加价转售与黄牛行为。 To prevent scalping and high-price resale, all purchaser information will be strictly recorded, and the ticket face value will display as RM0.00.
门票由官方售票系统打印或者PDF方式提供，Jay-MS管理员统一预订、付款、领取后再发放给会员。 Tickets will be issued by the official system (printed or PDF). Jay-MS administrators will handle centralized booking, payment, and collection before distributing them to members.
禁止转售与处罚 | Resale Prohibition & Penalties
为维护会员权益，任何通过 Jay-MS 购得的门票 严禁私自转售（无论原价或加价）。 To protect member interests, any tickets purchased through Jay-MS are strictly prohibited from private resale (regardless of price).
一经发现违规转售，Jay-MS 将永久取消该会员资格，并通报主办单位采取相应措施。 Any member found violating resale rules will have their membership permanently revoked, and the incident will be reported to the organizer for further action.
发现Jay-MS会员转售行为请向我们举报 WhatsApp。举报无良高价转售的黄牛人人有责！ Please report any Jay-MS member engaging in resale via WhatsApp. It is everyone’s responsibility to report unethical scalping!
所有门票严禁高价转售，如发现有会员从事黄牛行为或以任何欺诈方式转让门票，Jay-MS将立即通知主办单位，在不予退款的情况下取消该门票入场资格，并保留报警处理的权利。 All tickets are strictly forbidden from high-price resale. If a member is found scalping or transferring tickets fraudulently, Jay-MS will notify the organizer. The tickets will be voided without refund, and we reserve the right to report the matter to the police.
《其他条规》| Additional Terms & Conditions
1. 订单与汇款规定 | Order & Payment Regulations
每个会员(ID)仅限提交1份表格。 Each member (ID) is limited to one (1) form submission.
一旦预购成功，不得取消或修改或者重新填表格。 Once a pre-order is successful, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or re-submitted.
2. 门票领取方式 | Ticket Collection Methods
官方可能会提供PDF电子票或者实体票 The official organizer may provide tickets in the form of either PDF e-tickets or physical tickets.
PDF电子：演唱会7～14天内会发送至您的Email PDF E-tickets: These will be sent to your email within 7 to 14 days before the concert.
实体票： Physical Tickets:
领取地点在演唱会前20天前另行通知 The collection location will be announced separately 20 days before the concert.
演唱会前48至开场前2小时可在演唱会地区领取。Collection at the concert venue area from 48 hours up to 2 hours before the show.
如本人无法亲自到现场领取可委托人代领门票。 If you cannot collect tickets in person, you may appoint a representative/proxy.
最后的领票详情我们将通过电子邮件与官方贴文公布领取地点及时间。 Final collection details will be announced via email and official posts.
3. 委托人代领门票 | Proxy Collection
若会员本人当日无法前往领取门票，可委托他人代领。 Members may authorize a representative if they cannot collect tickets personally.
为了保障双方权益委托人需提交正式的《门票代领授权书》保证委托真实性。 To protect all parties, the representative must submit a formal "Letter of Authorization" to verify the request.
领取人需在领票时间内需带着委托人的《门票代领授权书》与身份证附件证明方可领取门票。 The representative must present the Letter of Authorization and a copy of the member's ID/IC during collection.
如发现委托人高价转售给领取人的情况，买票人将丧失会员资格，我们也会通知官方取消购买人门票的入场资格。 If tickets are found to be resold to the proxy at a higher price, the member’s membership will be revoked and tickets will be voided.
4. 会员资料真实性 | Accuracy of Information
会员在填写预购表格时，须提供真实且完整的个人资料。 Members must provide truthful and complete personal information when filling out the form.
5. 门票种类与价格 | Categories & Pricing
请仔细选择门票种类与票价。一旦提交订单，不可更改票与退票。 Please select your ticket category carefully. Once submitted, no changes or refunds are allowed.
6. 交通安排 | Transportation
Jay-MS 不负责任何交通安排，会员须自行往返演唱会场地。 Jay-MS is not responsible for transportation; members must arrange their own travel.
7. 取消、转让与退票政策 | Cancellation & Refund Policy
退票/取消会造成本组织承担不必要的金钱负担与工作量，已售出之门票将不可取消、转让或退票。 Cancellations and refunds impose unnecessary financial burdens and administrative workloads on our organization. Therefore, all sold tickets are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
若因特殊情况确需退票，我们将在退回的款项内每张门票扣除RM100/SGD40 之行政处理费。 For extreme special circumstances requiring a refund, an administrative fee of RM100/SGD40 per ticket will be deducted.
退票后，会员将被视为放弃该场演唱会购票资格。 Upon refund, the member forfeits their eligibility for that specific concert.
如因主办单位取消演唱会，退款将依照主办单位政策执行。 In case of event cancellation by the organizer, refunds will follow the organizer’s official policy.
8. 内地会员 | Mainland members
内地会员统一到微信群向内地管理员下单，并付人民币到支付宝
Mainland members place their orders with the mainland administrator through a WeChat group and pay in RMB via Alipay.
不可再两边都预购，重复预购将会被取消一边的预购，并在退回的款项内每张门票扣除等值马币100 之行政处理费。You cannot pre-order from both sides. If you pre-order from both sides, one side's pre-order will be cancelled, and an administrative fee of RM100 will be deducted from the refund amount for each ticket.
