。会员一旦付款成为会员，无论有没有使用了会员特权,就无法要求退款会费
。Once payment is made to become a member, regardless of whether the membership privileges have been utilized, no refund of membership fees can be requested.
。每项活动会因不同的场合、条件与因素而定，须另缴付出席费用。
Each event’s charges varies, and members would need to pay on their own expenses if he/she is attending the event.
。会员需遵守各项规章制度。
Members must adhere to all rules and regulations.
。必须登录Jay-MS网站本人户口以证明会员身份。
You must log in to your personal account on the Jay-MS website to verify your membership identity.
。指定场合必须穿上JayMS会服。
Jay-MS member t-shirt will need to be worn at certain events.
。會員必须遵守主办单位或Jay-MS所安排的活动流程与规则。
Members must comply with the event itinerary and rules set by the organizers or JayMS.
。必须保持素质，听从管理员的指示，不得对工作人员做出无礼行为。
Maintain decorum, follow instructions from administrators, and refrain from disrespectful behavior towards staff.
。若无法配合参与Jay-MS所设定的时间和地点，则视同放弃参加该活动权益，不便之处敬请原谅。
If any member is unable to attend any gatherings or events, this means that the member opts to give up the said benefits given during that particular event. We apologize for any inconvenience.
。Jay-MS所提供的图片，影音，视频，文字，软体或其它资料，均属Jay-MS财产权利，不可擅自复制，重制或散发，须经过Jay-MS同意或授权。
Images, audio, videos, text, software, or any other materials provided by JayMS are the property rights of JayMS and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without the consent or authorization of JayMS.
。若出席Jay-MS所举办的活动与聚会，所拍摄之照片、影片需加上拍摄者与Jay-MS标志的水印以保护双方权利。
If attending events or gatherings organized by JayMS, any photos or videos taken must include the watermark of the photographer and the JayMS logo to protect the rights of both parties.
。会员卡及会服属Jay-MS会员所有，请勿转让其他人使用。
Membership cards and attire belong to JayMS members and should not be transferred for use by third party.
。为尊重Jay-MS的会员利益，请勿转售或替非会员购买会服或会员卡。
To respect the interests of JayMS members, please refrain from reselling or purchasing membership attire or membership cards for non-members.
。在活动与聚会中所分发 / 提供的灯牌，手牌，布条或其它应援物品属Jay-MS财产，必须在活动与聚会结束后归还。
Placards, hand signs, banners, or other support materials distributed/provided during events and gatherings are the property of Jay-MS and must be returned after the event.
。请勿使用任何方法，行为，不雅言语重伤其他会员和周杰伦。
Do not engage in any behavior, actions, or use language that may cause harm to other members or to Jay Chou.
。不得对管理员做出无理行为或辱骂管理员。
Do not act unreasonably toward or verbally abuse the administrators.
。请勿做出损坏Jay-MS名义的行为，发现者将被警告或撤除会员资格。
Do not engage in activities that discredit Jay-MS, individuals found doing so will be warned or have their membership revoked.
。未经有同意前，请勿擅自以Jay-MS名义进行买卖，行销，广告宣传或欺诈行为。
Do not engage in buying, selling, marketing, advertising, or fraudulent activities in the name of JayMS without prior consent.
。请勿复制Jay-MS团队所有的设计财产（包括标志设计，会服设计概念，会员卡设计概念，布条设计概念，手牌与灯牌设计概念，以及Jay-MS所属品牌商品等）。
Do not replicate any design assets owned by the JayMS team, including logo designs, attire design concepts, membership card design concepts, banner design concepts, hand sign and placard design concepts, as well as branded merchandise associated with Jay-MS.
。请勿发表未经官方证实的报道，传闻，活动，商品预购的消息。
Do not disseminate unconfirmed reports, rumors, event announcements, or product pre-orders in the name of Jay-MS without official confirmation.
。请勿转售JayMS会服或会员卡。
Do not resell JayMS attire or membership cards.
**以上所有条规如侵犯其中一项，Jay-MS有权发出警告通知，严重者将会被撤除身份。
Note: Violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning from Jay-MS, and severe cases may lead to the termination of membership.
**Jay-MS保留在无需预先通知的情况下随时增添或修改此会员条款的权利
Jay-MS reserves the right to add to or modify these membership terms at any time without prior notice.
