1: Purchase Procedure
Steps on how to purchase product in the webstore.

Step 1- Either register for an account first before adding items into the cart or Add items into cart before registering an account.
Step 2- After you added all the products you want to purchase, click on the at the top right-hand corner of the webpage. You can then see a summary of the products you ordered. If you have any information you want to add, please input it clearly in the space under 【SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER】
Step 3- After verifying that you have finished with your selection, please press【CHECK OUT】. Then verified your mailing information and address. Then, press【Continue to shipping method】after verifying the postage cost.
Step 4- Please press 【Continue to payment method】and verified one more time that your mailing information is correct. Also you may enter any discount code you may have at this time. Press after you have complete all verifications.
Step 5- Please press 【Complete order】if all the information are correct. If you still need to make amendments, please press 【Return to shipping method】

2: Payment Procedure
~Choose Payment Method【Various banks transfer,credit cards,FPX,PEXPLUS,e-pay,7-Eleven Cash Retail, WEBCASH】

~Remember to press【back to online store】after completing your order to receive the order number【JMSxxxx】and two emails. The first email is regarding the payment, the second email will be information regarding order number

~If you did not receive either email after payment is complete, please fill in the following form【https://goo.gl/forms/UClNKOtuA96fIQeq1】

3: How do you know if your payment is successful?
When you receive your first email confirming that payment is successful.

4: Notification of dispatch of goods
~After payment is completed,【Payment Status】will show【Paid】and【Fulfilment Status】will show【Unfulfilled】, this means that the goods have not being dispatched.

~Once the Fulfilment Status】show【Fulfilled】, this means that the good has been dispatched. You shuld also receive an email notifying you that the goods have been sent as well as a tracking number

~When the status is【Fulfilled 】, you can also check the tracking number through the webstore【Press the pink order number JMSxxxx and you will see the mailing date as well as tracking information】

5: How do I change the mailing address?
After you【CHECK OUT】,beside the【Shipping Address】, you can press【Edit】to change the information.

6: After made payment, can I change the size/quantity?
No. Please check before making your final payment.

7: Can I register the same email address in two accounts?
In order for us to manage our database, each email address can only be linked to one account.

8: What if I forgot my password?
When you are logging in to your account, you should see【Forgot Your Password?】button. Please press on it and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

9: Do you do international delivery?
Yes we do. Just remember to write the accurate address and the shipping fee will be automatically reflected at 【Shipping Method】page.

11: For international customers, is there any other payment options other than credit card?
No, we regret to inform you that credit card is the only payment option for international order.

12: Why I am unable to use the membership discount code for my purchase?
Please check your name【My Account】. There should be your membership number and validity date. If both are present, check to ensure that your membership is not expired. If there are no information beside the account name or your membership has expired, you will be unable to use the discount code. If your membership is still valid, please check with the admins.

13: What if the parcel is returned because I missed the delivery?
Please contact the admin and make another postage payment. The goods will be resend after that is done.

14: If i have submitted the wrong size in my order form, is it possible to change?
In order to prevent mistake, you have to wait till you receive the item and contact us. You have to make another payment for the new delivery as well as mail back the wrong size item at your own cost. When we received your item, we will mailed out your requested correct size.
